This ancient stone circle is an English Heritage site, however, I checked with the custodians at the farm and they were happy for me to fly, as long as it wasn't for commercial purposes.
There is parking on Long Rake at ///calculate.evenings.fade and a small donation is required on entry.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 02/05/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
