Busy area with dog walkers, we visited earlier in morning and had beach almost to ourselves
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 16/04/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
I’ve flown over that numerous times in my plane from Westonzoyland. Some nice views near there. Also some wrecks out on the shallow shore that are visible from above when there’s not too much sand. The other one nearby I like flying over and showing passengers is an old WW2 barrage balloon hangar out on the nose of land where the River Parret curves round to the sea.

Whilst certainly a good location to fly a drone, if visiting this location don’t forget the beach level pics. I think the lighthouse looks better from the beach - but this is purely subjective!
