Land owner permission not required.

Easy car parking in Freshwater opposite the beach and life boat station. Not easy access as stony beach isnt easy to walk over unless you arrive at very low tide and can walk on the sand. But its worth the trip.

Sea stacks and interesting cliff and rockpools.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 17/12/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Just be careful when flying from the beach. There is a lot of iron ore in the cliffs, this gives the sand different colours. It can mess with your compass. I flew out to the lighthouse a few years ago with my Phantom 4 and almost lost it. I would highly recommend doing a compass calibration before flying, whether the app says it or not.
