I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Sankey Valley Park is a public park in Warrington. It is a linear park so runs the length of much of the western area of the town along the course of Sankey brook and the St. Helens Canal. Be aware that the park is quite narrow at points due to its linear nature and is intersected by an active railway and road at different points too.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 19/06/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

That’s a nice shot, I’ve often thought of getting a shot like this when a train is on the track and from a slightly lower angle.
