TOAL from below the high tide line, as this is Crown Estate Land. Very easy to keep away from any other aircraft, stopping overflight or proximity to others could be tricky, I was extremely lucky and had no probs whatsoever. There is an area to the East that for privacy reasons you should avoid 
Paid parking available on Marine Parade and lots of buses serve this area too.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 23/08/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
