The marina and adjacent land is all privately owned and will not give permission to fly. I tried. To the east along the foreshore is RSPB Wetland Nature Reserve, Although overgrown there are one or two TOAL areas if you are willing to walk alone the rivers edge to find them.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 16/07/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
