A bit of a climb up to the viewpoint on West Hill from the fee parking at the bottom, but this puts you just outside the NT land, so you're free to TOAL.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 25/01/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
