1st Time Drone User - Mini 2 (Hull)

Hi All,

Finally purchased my first drone the DJI Mini 2, So I’m guesiing in the coming weeks I will be using this forum quite a bit for help and support.

The main reason I have got a Drone is to advanced my current amature photgraphy and give myself alot more options when taking photos.

I have also always admired others Drone shots so thought I would give it a go myself.

Not a million miles from you down the 62, the Yorks and Humber lot often meet up, keep an eye on the meets section for details if thats your thing.

Have you seen our members map? (Click the burger-menu in the top right) You may find some pilots living near you. Feel free to add yourself to the members map too :+1:t2:

We’re a well established club with many knowledgeable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before. Our discussion forum has very powerful search features which should help you find what you need but if you get stuck you can post a new question in the #questions-and-answers category.

Cheers Scottydog just took it out for its first maiden flight and the control you get from such a small machine even in this wind is unbelievable.

Looking forward to getting more experience flying in the coming weeks.

Congrats on your first drone purchase. Its an awesome hobby. Read your manual, practice and stick to the rules and you should be all set
