Yep definitely does jpeg and raw together.
Yeah just tested mine quickly in the garden
2 quick photos both produced the jpeg no issues (as a test I didnt view the 2nd one on the controller in case thats what built the jpeg stitched file)
Actually I’m just looking at one of the images I did with panocool earlier and what I thought was a misalignment I don’t actually think is.
It’s just the horizon disappearing into the murk.
Comparison between drone created jpg and processed raw using panocool. Both tweaked slightly with Luminar.

I prefer the jpg straight off the drone.
There is definite misalignment in this one using panocool.
