You can opt out of #Competitions and Prize Draws email and forum notifications by doing the following:

1. Go to the [Competitions and Prize Draws](https://greyarro.ws/c/competitions-and-prize-draws/49) category

2. Click on the 🔔 icon in the top right hand corner to open the notification settings menu for this category:

1. Click either `Normal` or `Muted`:

Clicking `Normal` will unsubscribe you from future email and forum notifications from the #Competitions and Prize Draws category.

Clicking `Muted` will unsubscribe you from email and forum notifications from the #Competitions and Prize Draws category and it will also hide the category completely and you will not see the category itself, or any posts contained within it.
