Apologies if this has previously been posted.
As a result of the incident the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is reviewing and amending its guidance for operating an unmanned aircraft in close proximity to a large group of people.
I think the CAA have to be seen to be doing something.
From my reading of the article it seems that the actor was at fault although the drone pilot could have added “Don’t walk where you are not supposed too and especially into the path of a flying murder lawnmower.”
But for most sane individuals that shouldn’t be necessary,
