Can anyone tell me why, having added several transitions to a project, DR won’t let me add a transition to the last clip? What am I missing? I’ve added a ‘dip to colour’ dissolve at the end, but cant figure out why I can’t add a transition to this clip. Any clues anyone?
Because it’s a transition so it needs two clips to work. Add an image or colour card at the end for it to work. Or just do a fade to black.

You can apply a transition to the end of the final clip, but you need to trim the final clip adequately to provide scope for the transition to have frames to work on.
Same with adjacent clips .. if they fun to/from the final/initial frames of the clip they won’t function as intended .. there always needs to be hidden frames creating the “overlap” that the transition uses.
