I updated the topic title … otherwise we’d end up with hundreds of threads with just “Advice” (if the forum software permitted that) … and it gives people an idea as to what advice is required.
You may just have asked this question at a perfect time.
Tomorrow it would appear that DJI are going to announce the Mavic Mini (more speculative details toward the end of this thread) and that would be a perfect combination of size and performance (if the best intel in that thread is correct).
The M2P isn’t massively bigger … and with the drone/rc/batteries pack in individual hard-shell cases, this would also stow quite well into limited luggage space.
As I say - tomorrow is when genuine DJI info on the Mini will become available.
