Is anyone having any Airdata issues recently? My flights on my RC 2 are syncing fine (to DJI cloud), and I’ve reauthenticated my DJI account on Airdata, but the flights just don’t sync to Airdata, even when I force the sync manually. I’m having to manually upload the logs. Is anyone getting this or has come across this previously who can help?
There are no errors and as far as the Airdata website is telling me, my flights are syncing.
There was an update 2 days ago ( on the app ) on iOS not sure about android, I was having to sync manually before the update now mine sync across automatically, not sure if that answers solves your question but thought I’d let you know
Thanks. The timeline aligns to when I’ve started seeing this issue, but I’m not using their app at the moment. I’m syncing to my DJI account and then getting Airdata to grab the logs from there. I’ll have to contact them I guess.
I haven’t tested this is now working, but in case anyone else saw these same issues, this is the response I had from Airdata:

Our engineering team was able to identify an issue that impacted the syncing of DJI flight logs. We’re happy to let you know that this has now been resolved. You should be able to sync your DJI flight logs without any further interruptions.
