All good, many thanks !-)
Many Amazon drivers (if not all) are self-employed.
So will Amazon run adverts to entice amateur drone pilots into the exciting world of aerial delivery? Maybe an ideal job for the “auditors.”
Or, if they get the non-registered teens that have flown their cheap Banggood special to the annoyance of all their neighbours before losing it as it goes out of range then we may be in for some exciting times in the sky!
I take it normal rules of the road apply…?
bigger drone wins🤔
Surely if this is in anyway true and the CAA ok this then the rest of us can do what ever , but this has got to be either free advertising or a early April fools thing
“Sorry, your new iPhone has been mis-delivered due to sunspot activity”
Was reading printed magazine … old school
Just wait till Evri start using them
Ok, so how will this impact - if at all - the hobbyist?
Hmmm, if all the PR fluff is to be believed, their magic detect and avoid systems will just fly the Amazon drone around you when you’re out flying.
Just dont fly at home when you’re expecting a delivery, otherwise an Amazon van driver will be sent to push a ‘we tried to deliver …’ card through your door … !
Something else for @group-fpv to chase.
Apparently this person will NOT be granting permission to anyone to fly a drone over their house.
Despite them living next door to Manchester airport.
I wouldn’t ever get on a plane that I couldn’t sit down on
So we could in theory heard the amazon drones like sheep into the location of our choosing.
I like your style
U C M E
This will be a gimick that gets put back in the box when they realise like us, there are more days you can’t fly in the uk, than you can due to the shit weather. Plus man hours loading drones will be considerably more than a van. If anything this will be an expensive gimick for those with more money than sense.
