Just a helpful tip,
when flying in wind always fly into the wind on your outward leg of your flight, then if you get in trouble, your return will be a lot easier with the wind behind you.
If need be switch into “sport mode” to give extra speed.

Thank you for that and it was something that I was aware of. I only flew a short distance just to see if I had fixed the Aircradt Orientation Indicator issue that I have after I had calibrated my IMU. Regrettably it didn’ but as mentioned before it looks as if my map is correct but I’ll know more later in the week when the wind calms down a bit.
