Has anyone placed an online order with this lot lately? I’m trying to buy some stuff and there doesn’t seem to be any way to proceed from the shopping basket to the checkout. :confused:

Also, their phone line seems to be continuously engaged and the online chat never loads.

And this banner when you first arrive at the site doesn’t seem very reassuring. :astonished:
