Anyone flying at Hayling Island on 30/11/20?

Hi all,

I got a lot of responses from local people on my last post. Im flying tomorrow at Hayling Island if anyone fancies a social distanced meet. Il probably go to the Billy trail flexible on timing so let me know if you fancy it.

Cheers guys,

I only saw this today! I’m over near Romsey!

Hope you had fun.

This must be the MOST optimistic Club Meet I’ve ever seen :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Mods! Give that man some kind of badge!

What time are you going. I’m in Fareham and free tomorrow

Hi mate im thinking of going down to the Billy trail ( oyster catcher) bit at 1500 today providing the weather stays nice.

Hi Unfortunately I cant make at 1500, cheers any way , enjoy the flight

Hi all, like all I was late to the party for this however I did go down to the Billy Trail and flew the Oyster Beds areas earlier this week. A great place to fly and I added it to DroneScene

https://greyarro.ws/t/hayling-island-oyster-beds-added-to-coastal-scenery-in-south-east/22642/3

However, a post was made saying that the area was protected by RSPB although I saw no signs nor found no restrictions on the usual sites for planning flights and only found an area on Langstone Harbour is owned by the RSPB via https://map.whoownsengland.org/

Can anyone enlighten me on this or whether there has been issues flying here in the past?
