Considering drone code specifies that the drone must be in sight at all times - wouldn’t wearing DJI goggles violate this rule?
They are allowed you just need a spotter, a buddy to watch while you FPV fly

Cheers @frogbmth an interesting read. The document states 1000ft for height as opposed to 400ft in the drone code, does this mean the 1000ft is only allowed for FPV flying? (Hypothetically - assuming it’s clear/safe to fly at such height)
