Thanks JoeC, finger clicking is good option. Others have suggested a hand clap, which makes a very distinct spike in the audio file. But your right, the more practise the better!!
Thats a good option and one I shall probably try. Simple and easy to navigate!
I suppose we have to make a distinctive, and consistent hand clap?
Just came across this Boya Mic, maybe handy for those who want to record voice etc but want to completely cancel out the noise of the props on their drone, has built in Ai in the mic which works in realtime when activated, seen things mentioned on here before about recording / prop noise so thought I’d post it here for those that may want to take a look, fella in vid uses DR to do is editing & line everything up .
I’m after a lavalier mic. Good spot Kirky ![]()
Never had a problem matching audio to video. Never used cues either. Used my phone, and Pocket 3 to record speech and/or the drone, or owt else.
Davinci Studio can remove all extrenous sounds from oration or visa-versa. Sliding the audi clip left/Right is simple then lock the video/audio clipswhen your happy.
The mini mic’s can be controlled through the mimo app, so recording voice remotely from the phone/pocket 3 is easy too.
I’ve followed Amok for quite a while. I just like his style! This is an excellent intro to new audio. Well done Kirky
