Visited this area last week, but only capture some short footage as the birds on the lake and close by appeared not to like my presence, so I cut my visit short so not to upset them.
Nonetheless a nice area and I hope to go back at some point when the house is open again to the public.

Unfortunately the birds on the lake started making one hell of a noise with my drone flying about, so being a responsible drone operator I decided to stop quite quickly so not to cause them too much stress. Also I think the house is having some work done as all you can see outside the front of it is white work vans, so distance shots my be best on that day. As I said I shall go back when it’s open to try again.
The house isn’t open to the public, people live there. It’s divided into apartments. So close-ups not really recommended.

Used to know someone that had one of the apartments. 
I didn’t even know it was there, I stumbled over it whilst out on my bike.
