Does this artefact also appear in the RAW? or only in the JPG?
Which make/model drone? Camera settings? More info please 
Do you have a filter attached? I had this once with a cpl filter which wasn’t properly fitted.
Have you applied a HDR algorithm to the picture?

No I haven’t just normal 3 exposures
