Added a new parking location if itā€™s too wet underfoot for the golf course, country park car park is ideal for a quick blast around from the boot of your car (itā€™s a minutes drive away)

Post it in the groups-northwest and let us all know whenyou are going, there will usually be someone that will come along for a natter and a flyā€¦ Other than that, its a great place to practice flyingā€¦ Cafe is good and reasonable, and the dog walkers are friendly enough and not too many of themā€¦

Park up in the cafe, walk to the right and through the gate, and you should see us somewhere in that fieldā€¦ Wear boots or wellies as it can be wet and muddy, and bring a chair and warm clothesā€¦

Spent a few hours here today flying my Drone. I parked at the cafe had a sandwich and coffee and walked 3 minutes to the spot there was plenty of open space. No one bothered me. I was able to try out the new goggle 3 and remote control in FPV it was amazing. Will most certainly visit again well worth the 20 mile drive from home.

Its a popular spot, especially for a meet up on a weekendā€¦ Next time put a shout out in Groups-Northwest and you may get someone joining you - if they arent at workā€¦

It was a last minute decision to go to Beacon Park, but yeah, I will do that. I didnā€™t realise it was a popular spot until I started to read some of the comments on here/.
