Park car opposite church, small enough for couple of cars, followed footpath through gate next to cottage and up across fields to second gated field, the hill is very steep at this point. Very windy day trying to use mini 2, was struggling with gusts, so didn’t get full height above crescent of hill but surrounding views was fantastic scenery for miles.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 24/07/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Could get interesting……Very close to Chequers with its own security. I think there is a security camera on Beacon Hill.
RAF Halton FRZ is a few hundred metres away at Coombe Hill.

Yep beacon hill is outside the cheques & raf NFZ area’s. It’s almost slap bang in the middle, Combe monument was my first choice. Beacon I’ll was quieter and easier to get too
