Hi. Im debating wether to take the drone with me on a trip back to Australia. Mostly I’m visiting family so this is not a sightseeing trip. Just thought it might be fun to have with me and maybe play in down time. Been reading the rules and saw the list of CASA verified apps, Just wondered if anyone had any experience of any of these and could recommend which is best?
Not sure yet if taking it alomg is a good idea yet but knowing where i might be able to fly will help me decide. As i will be visiting cities -Sydney, Adelaide & Perth, and local beaches, choices might be quite limited. Anyone know of permitted local spaces near these?

I have no experience of [these apps](https://www.casa.gov.au/knowyourdrone/drone-safety-apps), but plenty available for both Android and Apple.

Seems like a lot of folk use the [ok2fly](https://www.ok2fly.app/) app.

I also see their government has also released their own [drone map](https://www.drones.gov.au/news-and-announcements/local-drone-rule-map-live), accessible over any browser.
