I have an Inspire 1 drone , I building my own flymore combo after getting the drone only from ebay. So far I have sourced my batteries (I have 1 with 2 more on order) from ebay also , my first battery is showing a .20 volt disparity between cell 1 and the remaining 5 , its still flies the drone ok but should I be worried> ? I hope the 2 I have coming are better. It’s quite a gamble today buying a 2nd hand Inspire battery, for £45 it could be good or it could be a grinade , always best to have a return option in the sale. Anyone out there ever tried the Alibaba clone packs ? or an aliexpress “new” pack , would value info on your experience. It’s good so many people are still flying the Inspire , there is no other drone like it , it is such an event to fly and it feels such a buzz !!! Rob
A 0.20V disparity between cells in an Inspire 1 battery is significant and poses a real risk during flight. Healthy LiPo cells should remain within 0.02V to 0.05V of each other. A 0.20V gap indicates a weak cell that may collapse under heavy load (like an evasive maneuver or rapid climb), risking a sudden loss of power or crash. It is highly recommended to retire this battery or only use it for low-stakes testing.
I sympathise, I also have an Inspire V1.0 and only have two good batteries left. I have tried eBay but not been very successful. Most have been worse than my bad ones. Props are also getting difficult to get as well, but I hope you have better luck. They are awesome to fly, when they take off and the landing gear goes up always makes me smile 
I have several Inspire Ones but need to concentrate on my Inspire 2. I have around 26 batteries of varying age and condition.
What I can do, if you or anyone else is interested, is to charge each battery, put it in an Inspire chassis and screenshot the battery information shown in DJI GO4. It will look something like this:

If really pushed I could fly the battery and download the battery info from Airdata but my plan would have to be upgraded - I am already at the limit with batteries from my other aircraft - and that would cost me serious money, an extra $100 per year
