I see this location is barely half a mile from the gliding club at Lyveden. How does that work?

We’ll not go in to the specifics publicly here, everything is managed and adjusted in real time on the day based on numerous safety factors and close collaboration with the gliding club.
Everything is explained to our club members in the safety briefings each morning - as it’s subject to change every day.

If memory serves, I don’t think there are any airspace restrictions over their field as they’re only a gliding club, Steve?
