Special permission granted to fly above Blackbushe Airport on one of the few days it was closed to aviation last June.

How were you able to get authoriation?
Go to Blackbushe Airport website, and under the drone section there is a detailed form to fill in and submit.
They usually respond in a matter of hours, but also request that you call the tower on the day, before you launch, and after you have ended flying.
As they are an active airfield so you will never get permission to fly near the airfield. I use an area at Sean Devereau Park, at the outer limit of the FRZ and have never been turned down.
