Bloody weather! ... and flyability

Finally we have been hit by heavy snow!

Please send help!

Wow. We have an age limit in England since 1923.

Weather is flyable so ”today” flying it is.

And 70’s. I used to buy cigars for my old man when I was 7 years old.

My Mini 3 Pro in the snow on Sunday at the highest point in Wiltshire, 295m/968ft.

Lessons learned: always point gimbal down when flying against the snow :snowflake::confounded:

It’s an extremely rare weather phenomenon called a Kelvin-Helmholtz instability.

Well that explains it! :joy:

-8.9C at the moment, it was a bit fresh on the dog walk this morning

Quite categorically, this is crass!

Three days away?

I’m not saying it won’t happen (big wet system over cold ground), but four times in the past week they’ve forecast snow, for here, within the next 24 hours. None has happened.

Quality journalism as always:

What’s causing the cold snap and should we be surprised?

It’s winter for fucks sake!

Wtf did think would happen?!

:exploding_head:

Nah. It’s not the winter that’s the cause! It’s the lack of summer! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Bloody weather for unknown reason this year it’s fuffing up everything. Oil, car washer frozen, drone batteries security camera now the electric gates tripping.

Gates tripping after electricity turned of power in the area and now trips :rage:

Anyway it’s grear flying now the fogs gone. :+1:
