Blue NT areas on Drone Scene map

There are blue areas on NT land classified as ‘open access’. Can you fly there? Confusing; well it is for me.

Open Access just means there are no gates, or anyone to charge you an entrance fee … it doesn’t alter the NT’s attitude to drone flying.

Check out the About page too @astra1982 as it contains useful explanations for all the layers.

Thanks for the info. I don’t want to fall foul of the law, first flight.

Will do, thanks for that.

I have nt layers on by default, but it doesn’t seem to be coming up on the map. Anywhere. Is it a fault my end?

I think that layer must be having issues Karl. This is Bodiam Castle which I know is NT land and normally shows up on DS but for some reason it’s not at the moment :thinking:

Looks like NT have changed something on their API.

All our requested for data are being answered with:

{
	"error": {
		"code": 499,
		"message": "Token Required",
		"messageCode": "GWM_0003",
		"details": ["Token Required"]
	}
}

I’ll check it out when I can.
