I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at [Drone Scene](https://dronescene.co.uk/where-to-fly-drone/bodiam-castle-national-trust/south-east/838): ![](https://d1q8cepst0v8xp.cloudfront.net/original/3X/f/9/f96fcf7978ca991b9f2828098bbfe58ffc56c726.jpeg) > **[Bodiam Castle (National Trust)](https://dronescene.co.uk/where-to-fly-drone/bodiam-castle-national-trust/south-east/838)** > > This location has been recommended to fly your drone in the National Trust category in the South East region. Land owner permission not required. Can take off and land from public footpath just off of National Trust land as marked by the pin. Recommend going at sunrise or sunset outside of opening hours. _The originator declared that this location was **not** inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 10/10/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location._ ---

I TOAL’d from the marked position a couple of weeks ago. It was a week day about 11am. Not many people around, perfect weather and no issues. Great video and pictures / Ian ---
