Because if the crap weather we’ve been having, I thought I’d share some footage taken from my garden patio. Just happens to be of a bloody great big care home build development in the next street. I was curious to see how it was developing over time so started filming it late 2024 and its still not finished!
It’s for my local estate forum really, but better than nowt… maybe! I’ll probably end up in it in the next few years anyway! 
Weather still rubbish so next episode of my filming the care home on my doorstep! This is where they introduce a crane!
Weather still crap so the third episode, tracks the progress of the first floor construction up to the point where the first roofing frames begin to top the structure and another crane makes its first appearance to help with the east wing!
Managed to get out at weekend so back to my usual stuff soon!

Not sure why ‘10th October 2025’ popped up in the middle. I thought this was recent?
@Rocket I started filming it in Dec 24, Ron. I then filmed it in between events like the cranes arriving the roof, going on, etc. The dates are from the metadata of the vids, so when I move onto a new video date, I put it on the screen for reference. The last video I took was today and its still not finished.
