CAA Regs - indoor flying

They never bothered as it was not in airspace, the indoor flights would be or should fall under the umbrella oh the HSE.

OK, so if I fall off a ladder, am I temporaily in CAA controlled airspace, and what if I’m in a NFZ?

As an aside, did you know lending someone your ladder could leave you liable if they have an accident ?

lol, it’s almost a shame that the CAA define an aircraft as any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air, other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface.

I suppose with man being a biological machine, we could one day meet the criteria :smiley: .
