They’re the size for the ESC to FC cables and some other bits.
I do also have the connectors for the PCB side!

I got some connectors from this eBay shop, quick and cheap good quality
I also noticed they do the pre-crimped male and female JST

Cheers. Look identical to the ones I got (can’t access shop to check which I bought from at the moment). Used my first one yesterday on a GPS on the babyhawk II. Good fit, tight, but easy to remove! Just a shame they PVC and not silicone (even turned the temp down a little and got a little melt, but factor that in and is OK!). Shame 
Will use them more as I got along now.
