[Camera Drones] Breaking the speed limit - How fast is your drone? Find out on our leaderboard!

Are you both running modded tilt angle parameters to get the speed up?

Running what ? no idea what or how to do that.

Can’t you heat up the props and twist em for a little more pitch?

Glue two together and double them up on each motor. :+1:

Will the triprop from the fpv fit? :scream:

For such a light aircraft it limits itsself well even with a tail wind. Really had to go some to hit this 36.93 today.

Cant you turn off gps assist? Been here before I think.

All DJI (after about the P2) are ground-speed limited by GPS. :frowning:

They are also pitch limited.

I was close to tying string around my M2 and dragging the mini behind

Depends what you call limited pitch…?

You can hack the Mavic 2 to 50’ pitch and you can also set the mode switch to 1 if you want to.

Drone-Hacks

It’s free to hack the parameters too.

So, theoretically, if you hovered it in a car at 70mph on the m6, (with the hgv’s overtaking you ), would the drone stay hovering with the obstacle avoidance overriding the speed limit?

Wonder if a blob of blutack on the nose would help :smirk::grimacing:

Butter on the props?

So then it’s limited to 50° :man_shrugging:

Not 50 foot then

Just plugged it in, and there’s no adjustment on the mini 2, it’s maxed out in sport mode. :sob:

I know there’s a video of someone trying to fly the MP in an airliner in flight … and it DID try and reduce its ground speed.

Well okay I agree with you.
