I have quite a few 10 to 30 second video clips but no full videos ( 3 mins plus, well edited with music etc). Almost everything uploaded is ’ full videos ’ Is it Ok to upload clips or do you want full video’s

It’s up to you what you post.
I personally post mine to YouTube for my own enjoyment and if anybody else likes them it’s a bonus.
Why not try stitching the short clips together to make a couple of minutes?

You can’t actually upload videos to the site.
what you can do is create your video or selected clip, load it onto a site such as youtube or vimeo then post a link to that on it’s own line in your post such as something like this
this will create a thumb nail of your video on this site which people can click on to view your youtube / vimeo clip.
