went for a walk along the trail on Sunday - didnt take the drone with as the other half was tagging along but I did scope out a few decent places to fly from as I too want the quarry - but also found a decent vantage point for the church on the hill too - now I need the weather to play ball.
Did you go down the trail Ian ?
Great pano - had no idea it was so big.
We didn’t explore the trail this time. But the car park was easy to find thanks to the signs through the village.

I sent the drone up just to see where the quarry was, and thought take a pano to look at later.

Awesome mate - well when the weather gets better in like 2028 or something we need to get other there again and do something.
Happy to help you with the wheelchair etc if needed if the other half is not too keen. Mine is never overly fussed about drones so its a bit of a solo thing but all good.

I’m just getting jellyfin running on my nas, so I can play the drone footage on the the tv directly from it. Then a quick edit of my footage from the airport yesterday, which may be worth posting hopefully?
