Welcome to GADC. I believe you can fly over bylaw properties with you sub 250g drone as long as launching from a public area off the so called Bylaw properties and areas, but please do not quote me on that as there are fare more experienced pilots on here that know the law better than I.
Also, drone assist is a great app to keep on your phone that picks up your current location on day of flight and a great asset to pilots as gives you zones not to fly in and others you can.
Also, the club sells GREAT Public Liability Insurance at a great price and highly recommend you purchasing as will put your mind at rest when out flying. I purchased a week after joining GADC and insures you of up to £5m
