Corby Bridge (Wetheral Viaduct) - Added to Bridges in North West

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene - Location # 819

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Corby Bridge was built between 1830 and 1834 and carries the Carlisle to Newcastle railway over the River Eden. It stands about 100ft above the river and also carries a footpath to connect the villages of Wetheral and Corby. You can park beside the road beneath the viaduct itself and follow a public footpath to the riverside. Be mindful of overhanging trees on take off then head out over the river for some great shots.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 28/09/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
