We currently do not permit recreational drone flights, however, we are working on a policy that will be published on our website soon.
Canal and river trust ban it outright. But like with NT just be creative with TOAL locations.
How else would we be able to take images of 5 canoeists in a lock with 5 boats for this years birthday competition

The canal & river trust of any other landowner can’t restrict airspace, it’s a state asset managed by the CAA. When it comes to flying the CAA authority trump’s that of any statements that come from landowners
