How else would we be able to take images of 5 canoeists in a lock with 5 boats for this years birthday competition

The canal & river trust of any other landowner can’t restrict airspace, it’s a state asset managed by the CAA. When it comes to flying the CAA authority trump’s that of any statements that come from landowners
