Neither.  
The block only applies to US government not private companies and ultimately they’re the biggest in the world with absolutely no viable competitor for most roles.

They’re not going anywhere.

They’ll just have private showcases in a hotel suite or something. They won’t be the first nor the last to do it that way

Oh of course various U.S. administrations have never violated any human rights have they? Let’s start with those of the native North American indigenous peoples, millions of Africans kidnapped for slaves, not to mention those in Vietnam & Cambodia back in the '60s & '70s whose villages & bodies were incinerated by napalm. Why don’t these hypocrites come out with the real reason, that they can’t come up with consumer drone products to match DJI in price & quality, so a move towards a trade embargo is what every 2 bit crooked regime falls back on to put their competitors out of business.
