I keep trying to edit a video, get it to how I want and all it does on all my android devices is freeze on 99%, left it over night and still the same, nothing grrrr
What are you using to edit? 
In order of preference, for editing software, the DJI apps would consistently be at the bottom (for me) … although I’ve not had that issue (although, it’s soooo long ago, perhaps I did).
Free for Android, I’ve used Power Director.

For any of you guys editing on iPad, take a look at lumafusion. It’s a paid app but it’s a fully featured multitrack editor which has built in filters / LUTS and a lot of effects and transitions, titles etc. You can pay extra for what they call Storyblocks which is music, footage, backgrounds etc but a lot are included free anyway.
What I like is the simplicity and the ability to encode in many different formats and sizes.
There are many tutorials on you tube.
