DJI Mavic Air Rc Unit

Not really a discussion, something I just wanted to say, Last week I noticed my Rc unit was not charging correctly, only lighting up to 3 of the indicator lights then in a matter of 2 days the Rc stopped charging completely. My unit is 19 months old but due to my disability I have flown just under 10 hours so for the Rc to go wrong was upsetting, my 3 drone batteries are good, both the Rc unit plus drones batteries are stored in the same room. I connected DJI Netherland, my Rc unit was returned to them for repair, I received an email confirming my Rc unit had arrived, 2 days after this I received another email saying

This message is from DJI Support. After testing your product, DJI has determined to provide you with free repair service. The repair is expected to be finished within 2 to 3 business days, after which the product will be sent back to you.Click REPAIR PROGRESS INQUIRY for the detailed damage information.Thank you for choosing DJI.
The repair cost was only £55.79, I do truly appreciate DJI doing this for me, on a 19-month-old unit, DJI customer service, well what can I say, I don’t think I have had such a good customer service before, Keeping me up to date with the status of my repair was great, fixing the unit FREE of charge is just Fantastic, I have heard some bad comments on DJI customer service, due to this I thought I would just let people know how great DJI Customer Service was for me, 100% & then some
