Dji Mavic Mini Recommended Tablet/large phone mount

My first post! Hope I’m posting it in the correct section?

Just treated myself to a Dji Mavic Mini but not had a chance to fly it outside yet.

To my question [and apologies if it’s been answered already - I did search]: are there any recommended tablet/larger phone mounts you recommend for the iPad Pro 10.5/iPhone 11 Pro Max?

My iPhone 11 Pro Max will just about fit & seems secure but the arms on the remote’s holder seem a little ‘wonky’/not straight although it seems to hold my phone securely enough and connects fine to the Dji Fly app. I feel though that a tablet mount will hold my iPhone 11 Pro Max more securely but would ideally like to use my iPad Pro 10.5 instead even though the App isn’t optimised for the iPad screen.

Any suggestions that won’t cost an arm and a leg appreciated.

You won’t go wrong with anything from MavMount or Lifthor.

Sadly, they’re both at the higher end of the price bracket.

Did I read somewhere the Mavic Mini controller can use the same tablet mounts as the Mavic Air? :thinking:

Just a suggestion David @davidsimons ,
I found the Tablet/Phone holder I have very cumbersome, so I mounted a holder (from Amazon) to the top of my Camera Tripod with a lead to the controller.
I know it’s more kit to carry and is not portable, but ,I don’t wonder from place to place when I am flying, and when it’s sunny just add the sun shade for the Ipad, and it does my purpose.
Just my 5 penneth on the subject.

Got to agree there mate Lifthor bought one for my evo,fantastic bit of kit,and very high quality… :+1: :+1:
