With the price of the mini I bet a lot more people experiment with hardware mods.

Bricking a mini must hurt a lot less than a £1300 M2.

hi i’am no expert but i did watch a video and it looks like its not as simple as say putting new batteries in an old razor, or mp3 player , as its a smart battery and i beleive you need a piece of software to reset the battery and to initiate it , but that was on the mini 2 , so i presume these are the same ,.
