You can do the waypoints and all the extra jazz you canā€™t currently do with the mini 3 pro as well, apparently. So I think the software upgrades need to be up there as well, otherwise mini 3 pro owners arenā€™t really going to be tempted.

Better 4k frame rates as well. Guess the processors are better.

@firstadekit seen the frame rate on the box Ade but weā€™ll see what comes out in Sep/Oct. Never used waypoints and I canā€™t really see me using them going fwd as itā€™s the flying I enjoy most, so why would I want to automate it. :thinking: I suspect I will upgrade at some point for the obstacle avoidance and signal strength if it does use the RC2 that is. :wink:

Itā€™ll be interesting to see if the specs warrant an upgrade from a Mini 3 Pro, to a Mini 4 Pro.

I suspect the Mini 4 Pro might make some Mini 2 owners upgrade as the differences will be significantly more.

Thereā€™s only one thing that has to be improved for me to buy it, the camera image quality. If itā€™s no better than the Mini 3 Pro, Iā€™ll stick. If DJI could guarantee the image quality would match my old Mavic 2 Pro Iā€™d buy it in a shot.

I have a Mini 2 and I am thinking I might wait until they announce the Mini 4 Pro and then try to get a Mini 3 Pro as they try to offload the ā€˜old productā€™.
