Finally found a use for it!
Gimbal roll is a the sort of feature you use once or twice for the novelty, and then quickly get tired of. But I have found a use for it: testing a CPL filter without landing and re-setting the filter on the lens. It certainly shows the filter is working, even if the river water is pretty murky.

It’s also a shame that the main reflection on the water wasn’t more centre-frame .. the difference would be far more easy to see if it were.
