DJI Refresh Service Agreement

Ok so I have just taken this agreement on for 12 months and within a day of doing this my drone has to go back to the supplier in the UK, for replacement.
How do I tell DJI that I now have a replacement drone, and get them to update details ??
Any ideas.

You could try chatting to DJI support online. I had to get a refund on mine after sending my Air back due to a bad camera (and didn’t want a replacement). I did get my refund after just over three weeks and a bit of chasing…
