Pretty much. They are taking the view that because its “only guidance” they can ignore it.
Further to that they genuinely believe that the fee of £153 +vat is OK.
It’s a nfz now, they want £153 plus vat to even apply to fly there. I have been trying to get permission to. I know its an old post but was trying to find out myself as some places it’s a nfz and some not. NATS is nfz so is Altitude Angel but not uav forcast…I take it I go with NATS?
