I assumed it was hot news … rather than something that has been knocking around for years.
I did have a quick look in 'News" to see if anyone else had mentioned it… never thought to look back that far 
Partly I recalled something - but a search helped. No probs. 
Will it be a fair weather drone like a fair weather postie? We don’t see ours if it’s raining!!!
The bit I didn’t understand was where it says “The drone service is expected to significantly improve service levels and delivery times to Graemsay and Hoy, as weather and geography can cause disruption to delivery services”
So I assume drones are immune from weather problems then… that’s great news
